We are obsessed with delivering value to current and prospective customers. Our communications are always clear and easy to consume and understand.
The kind of person we’re looking for
We are looking for someone who is self-starting and tenacious, and who gets excited by the opportunity to build a brand and delight customers.
We succeed through the relationships we build with people. So we see offline and online marketing as equally important.
This is a key role in a small but high profile and fast-growing organisation. It would suit someone with experience creating and executing a marketing strategy; who is entrepreneurial by nature; enjoys building relationships and having a public profile; and is excited by the opportunity to work closely with the leaders of a young, ambitious company.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to assimilate a large volume of data to identify trends and messages that matter
The interpersonal skills that make you an effective member of our team, and able to build productive relationships with our customers

Holiday is five weeks, in addition to public holidays.
We offer flexible working, and flexible hours, by agreement.
After 12 months of service, we offer up to 52 weeks of maternity and adoption leave - and also shared parental leave - with 16 weeks at full pay. We also offer two weeks of paternity leave at full pay after the first year of service.

Although we have office space in central London, our team lives all over the country - and even outside the UK - so we are all equipped to work remotely.
But it’s also important to be together. So everyone except our member of staff located abroad comes into the London office for at least two days a week.
We are very transparent - so as a member of the DPP team you will get to see how the business is performing on a weekly basis.
We are constantly discussing, as a team, how we can do better. That means we encourage opinions from everyone in the team about everything we do.
We are very productive - we generate a lot of outputs and activity - so people who are very output focused enjoy working for us.
