The DPP has launched a new research programme, the Media Tech CEO Survey 2025.
This project will explore the perspectives of Chief Executives at major technology providers serving the media and broadcast industry — as well as the equivalent media business unit leaders at global tech companies — and act as the complementary research to the industry-leading Media CTO Survey which the DPP launched in 2024.
Chief Executives from media industry suppliers, and the equivalent media business unit leaders at global tech companies, are invited to participate in the initiative, which will investigate how Media Tech CEOs are leading their organisations, what their strategic priorities are, and how they see the CEO agenda?
The research will be released in November 2025, with the findings presented on stage at the DPP Leaders’ Briefing 2025 in London where it will be discussed with participating CEOs.
"In 2024 we highlighted the technology investments, transformation initiatives, innovation programmes and leadership approaches of CTOs at major media organisations in the DPP Media CTO Survey," said DPP Editorial Director Edward Qualtrough.
"It is natural that we also showcase the Media Tech CEO agenda and reveal their perceptions on industry trends, the market outlook, customer relations and product innovation developments.”
